RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Jewett Cameron is dedicated to supporting your online product purchase with the best possible customer service. Our return policy is simple and worry-free.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department and they will be able to assist you. We accept returns on most products* for full refund, less the original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and attach your original receipt in the form. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order. For any item that is returned without an RMA#, no refund will be issued.

*All parts and accessory sales are final and may not be returned for credit unless defective or damaged.  We do not accept returns for opened or used items.  All Clearance or Discounted sales are final and may not be returned for credit unless defective or damaged.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund of purchase price and shipping for product that arrives to you damaged or defective.

If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of delivery, just fill out our warranty form and we can get the damaged or defective product replaced: Warranty Center.
